Valentine's Day

Special for some, for others just an ordinary day
Some hearts come together, some part and go away
Many believe in it, some of them don't
And those with a broken heart, especially won't
It's a day of forgiveness, to let bad memories go by
It's a day you promise your love to live together &to together die
Look around you, How much love can you see?
Today everything is fine , Tomorrow this might not be

Here I am sitting alone
Having fought with the one I call my own
Trying to stop my tears, Telling my heart not to cry
Things will be fine, such moments pass by...
I really don't know what the future might hold
Will we be together or just a story I once told
I wish this never ever happens ,
I'm leaving these bad memories to fade away
Looking forward with hope
Of having a nice Valentine's Day........

Sometimes i feel its so nice to be single
You can then be with anyone, you can just mingle
But then again its good to have someone
With whom you can share your life, you can have fun
Then again commitments always do scare
You have to hold your heart go ahead and dare
Life is not always the same
You have to keep your head high and accept the blame
Commitments make you realize that life is not so hunky-dory
What you read in fairy-tales, is fiction, just a story
So open your eyes look around
Do fall in love, but stay on the ground
Yes, there will be times in love you will feel lonely and sad
Hey its a part of life, commitment to love is not at all that bad...
